This passive solar strategy ensures warmth in winter and protection from heat in summer, reducing reliance on mechanical systems.

Spatially, the home flows with intention—each zone connected yet defined, creating both openness and a sense of retreat. The layout supports daily rituals, family connection, and moments of stillness.

This project incorporates a full Passive House methodology, including:

• High-performance building envelope with continuous insulation

• Airtight construction to eliminate unwanted air leakage

• Mechanical heat recovery ventilation (HRV) for constant fresh, filtered air

• High-performance glazing to regulate internal temperature and comfort
