Do I need to own a block before booking?
No. Many clients book while they're still looking. We can talk through what makes a good block for the home you have in mind, so you buy with confidence.
What should I bring or prepare?
Anything you have: the block address or listing, a rough budget, photos or Pinterest boards of homes you love, and a list of must-haves. After booking, you'll receive a short questionnaire so we can make the most of our 90 minutes.
Is it online or in person?
Your choice: by video call, or in person at our studio at 382 Newcastle Street, West Perth.
Is it only for Passive House projects?
Not at all. The session suits any new home or major renovation in Perth. We'll help you choose the level of performance that makes sense for your goals and budget, whether that's 7-star, high-performance or full Passive House.
What happens after the session?
You'll have a clear picture of what's possible. If you'd like to go ahead, we'll send a proposal for the design stage. There's no obligation: many clients use what they've learned to plan their next steps in their own time.
