A modern approach to the traditional gable
New extension that connects the gardens and brings the hub of the home to the center. It was important that the scale of the new extension is in balance with the existing stone cottage and provides a good interaction with the established garden to the south side where the existing flame tree provides a natural shade and cools the temperatures in the summertime.
